A male’s soul mate is “created” when the male “fetus” has a heartbeat. However, since God is no longer the biological father, and it is the male that determines the gender of a child, not only are male/female not born together but it also caused gender imbalance both in timing and quantity. So, even if a male already has a soul-mate, the female is born into the world at a later date.
The sculpture also means that life begins when a fetus has a heartbeat.
